Frequently Asked Questions

ABOUT THE ART

What kind of artwork do you create?

I create one-of-a-kind original mixed media paintings and collages inspired by nature, seasonal rhythms, and layered processes. Each piece is unique—never reproduced as prints.

Do you sell prints or reproductions?

No. All of my artwork is original. Each piece is created by hand and exists as a single, one-of-a-kind work.

Are the artworks framed?

Many pieces are mounted on cradled board or framed, and each listing clearly states the presentation. If a work is unframed, I will note that as well.

What materials do you use?

I primarily work with acrylic paint, hand-painted collage papers, glazes, stains, stenciling, and layered mark-making techniques that echo natural patterns and processes.

PURCHASES, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship artwork?

Yes. I ship original artwork within the U.S. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Larger pieces may require a bit more time for custom packing.

What is your return policy?

I want you to love your artwork. If an original piece isn’t what you expected, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. Once received, I will issue a refund.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.

CREATIVE PROCESS

What inspires your work?

My artwork draws from nature. Inspiration come from observation and exploration of the cycles and shifts that are happening as the seasons change. I often work in multiples to explore ideas deeply.

Why do you work in series or multiples?

Working in multiples helps create visual cohesion, deepen personal voice, and build momentum. It’s a powerful way to find meaning and flow in the studio.

What is mixed media collage?

It’s a process of layering paint, papers, marks, textures, and glazes to build complex surfaces and expressive compositions.

What is your teaching style?

I blend technique, intuition, and reflection. My lessons include demonstrations, conceptual prompts, inspiration, and reflective questions that help artists connect deeply with their work. I want my students to develop their own work and style.
